With the ProHeatâ„¢ 35 induction heating system, one or two joints can be rapidly and uniformly heated for preheat or stress relief with minimal setup and instruction time. An induction heating system induces heat electromagnetically rather than by using a heating element to conduct heat. The ProHeatâ„¢ 35 features multiple outputs, four control thermocouples to ensure uniform heating, significantly faster time to temperature than conventional heating, and an extremely easy-to-use operator interface that allows the operator to program ramp and hold temperature times. It also tutors the operator to achieve maximum output from the induction coils.
Insulation fault protection provides automatic system shut down should the power source output short to ground. A sense lead provides direct feedback to the power source to initiate fault condition
Multiple output provides two insulated connectors for air-cooled blankets or liquid-cooled cables
On-board temperature control provides for manual-or temperature-based programming in a simple-to-learn operator interface
High energy-efficient systems (more than 90% efficient) transfers more energy to the part, decreasing heating times and improving power efficiency (less than 60 amp current draw)
Rugged spindle design with an incorporated brake

On-Board Diagnostics
Built-In Temperature Controller
